January is Cervical Health Awareness Month. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests routine HPV vaccination at age 11 or 12. The ideal age for vaccination is before a person is sexually active. The HPV vaccine protects against genital warts and most cases of cervical cancer.

January 11 is National Milk Day. On this day we celebrate the beginning of milk delivery in sterilized glass bottles. This was a big step in food safety! Celebrate today with a glass of delicious, pastuerized milk.
