The focus of this program is to engage both clinical and non-clinical staff, that are not currently in charge of a facility’s infection prevention and control program, in promoting infection prevention practices in the facility as a Champion.
Infection preventionists and facility leadership are also encouraged to attend the training, as a way of supporting infection control champions.
